You asked us to make the HCi Claiming App even easier-and we’ve delivered!
In response to member requests, we’ve updated our claiming app so members can now upload a pdf of an invoice, receipt or letter directly into the app instead of having to photograph it for the app. This makes it easier for health providers who email receipts instead of giving you a printed copy.
Of course, members can still take photos of paper receipts through the app, and the app makes processing your claims quicker.
To access this new feature, all you will need to do is update the HCi Claiming app on your phone.
Not using the HCi Claiming App yet?
Now may be the right time to start!
Simply visit your favourite app store (try clicking the relevant image below) and find the HCi App to download or install it. Once you have entered your details, you just click on the camera icon to upload a pdf or take a photo of a receipt. Once you click submit, the photo or pdf is on our system for processing and payment. Easy!
