As we head into December and the festive season, HCi would like to wish all our members and their families a very Merry Christmas, and a safe and healthy New Year.
Please note the HCi office will be closed from lunchtime on Thursday 21 December 2023 until 9am Tuesday 2 January 2024.
During that time, you can of course email us, use our Claiming app, leave a phone or chat message, or request us to call you back when we return. We will be monitoring messages, and appreciate your patience as responses generally will not be sent until early January.
Claims made electronically at any appointments, and any premium payments, will continue as usual through the holiday period.
