Our Year in Review document outlines major decisions and happenings for HCi during the year, as well as some useful information for members such as how to make the most of HCi membership. Some highlights of 2022-23 for HCi were
- no premium increases for 2023
- our Member giveback program, including premium payments for eligible members in May 2023
- increasing cover levels for some extras categories
- positive and constructive feedback from our annual member survey
