We’ve made a range of improvements to our Extras cover policies to provide HCi members with even more back when you claim, across some of our most popular Extras cover products. Our extras increases are commencing from 1 April 2024.
Active Life Extras increases* – from 1 April 2024
- Active Life members will get more back in claim benefits for physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathy visits,
- *NEW* we’ve also added hydrotherapy claim benefits for Active Life extras members,
- Dental claim benefits have been increased as well, across a range of common dental treatments, including fluoride treatments and surgical tooth extractions.
Healthy Extras increases* – from 1 April 2024
- Healthy Extras members will also get more back in claim benefits for subsequent visits (ie after initial visits) across a range of other common treatments including chiropractic, osteopathy, podiatry and audiology,
- *NEW* we’ve also added claim benefits for chiropractic x-rays for Healthy extras members, and
- Dental claim benefits have also increased, across many dental treatments, including crowns, root canals and surgical tooth extractions.
Premier Extras increases* – from 1 April 2024
- Premier Extras members will get more back in claim benefits for subsequent visits (ie after initial visits) across a range of common treatments including podiatry, audiology and orthoptic (eye therapy)
