Making claims easy!
HCi members can complete the online HCi Claiming form to request payment for extras and medical expenses. Note hospital expenses are not claimed via this form.
You can upload photos or scans of receipts. If you have more than 6 items to claim for, simply submit the form as many times as you need.
Once all relevant information is provided, we will process your claim and payment will generally be forwarded to your account within 24 hours. Note it may take a little longer to show in your account, depending on your bank’s processes.
Use of this form presumes we have your banking details on file to transfer your payment. To check or update your banking details with us, please log into OMS.
Please call us if the services being claimed related to an accident, illness or injury which has, or may result in the payment of compensation or damages.
