It’s December so we think it’s time to let you know we will be closed between 4:00pm Friday the 23rd of December 2022, and 9:00am Tuesday, the 3rd of January 2023.
During that period, claims can still be submitted via the HCi Claiming App or via email email@example.com. We will process them and any other messages as quickly as possible when we reopen the office.
If you normally visit our office to pay your premium via cash or a cheque, please do so prior to our closure or we will see you on the 3rd January 2023 to assist you with your payments. Alternatively, you can make payments via your OMS (Online Member Services) via our website.
