Of course, there are some terms and conditions…
- your friend must join HCi between 28 March and 14 April 2022
- your friend must pay upfront when joining and remain a member for at least 30 days
- no other offers apply
- you can a new or long term member
- you can only refer one friend to obtain an entry??
- new friend gets hospital or combined cover??
- a participating member will be selected at random on xx April in the HCi offices at 25 Cattley St, Burnie Tasmania
- the winning member and their friend will be notified…

- Staff of HCi (and hamper company??) are not permitted to enter
- the prize consists of a gift hamper from xxx for both you and your friend. The total prize value is $xx and includes delivery of the hampers to the member and the member’s friend
