HCi is entirely owned by our members, and exists solely for the benefit of members. As a not-for-profit private health insurer, we put people before profits.
For all new members we provide a 30 day cooling off period, Any member who has not made a claim within 30 days from the commencement date of their health cover is entitled to cancel the policy and receive a full refund of any contributions paid
