       Useful information

OMS exists to help you manage your HCi health insurance! Here are some of the things you can do when logged into the HCi portal.

      1. submit claims with a pdf or a photo of your invoice/receipt

      2. update your banking details for paying premiums and receiving claims

      3. change your contact details

      4. check what you are covered for, and your current limits

      5. securely submit documents, such as forms and medical evidence

Note you cannot add an additional dependant nor change the level of cover within OMS. For these updates, please contact us directly and we will help you.

      Is OMS secure?

Yes! We keep OMS as secure as possible. The portal uses a multi factor authentication (MFA) system to help protect your data. Thus, you will need to enter a code as well as your login details each time.

Of course,  it is important that you keep your password private and log out after each use of OMS. Your password must contain at least 12 characters. We recommend you change your password periodically – and avoid using any obvious details such as your birthdate or children’s names. Within OMS, click on ‘change password’ in the left menu.

The main website and OMS run independently of each other for greater security.

What can I upload to OMS?

When making a claim or providing required evidence, you can submit documents securely via OMS rather than emailing them to us.

You can upload files up to 2Mb. OMS accepts pdf and jpg formats.

How do I know if a claim is unsuccessful?

Your claim will be processed within 3 business days.

If you provide all necessary information and are eligible, the money will be transferred to your nominated banking account. Your OMS transaction history will show all your claims.

We will contact you directly if further information is required to finish processing your claim.

However, if you are not eligible for the claim, we will notify you. Then the claim will show as ‘declined’ in the OMS transaction history.
