As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your personal information and improving service delivery, HCi is retiring the HCi Claiming App on 28 February 2026.
Deciding to decommission the app follows a review of our digital services, with a particular focus on security. The app was developed several years ago and we are increasing the security of submitting claims and documents.
Online claiming through OMS – easy!
From 1 March 2026, the HCi app will not be available. Thus, we encourage members to use our secure Online Member Services (OMS) portal to submit claims. Just log in, upload a pdf or photo and hit submit – easy! Or you can still lodge claims via an emailed or mailed claims form or by contacting our friendly team.
Logging in to OMS also gives you access to your manage your account.
We will be sharing more information and some reminders to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
