By now you may have seen the new HCi Chat feature launched on our website.
We’ve implemented this feature to improve communication and support for members. The chat functionality was added in early November. HCi Chat gives you access to our membership team between 8:45am and 5:00pm daily.
Members are using HCi Chat to ask about a range of topics including what they can claim, getting a replacement card and what services are covered by their policy. Feedback so far shows members are extremely happy with how easy it is to use and that they chat with a real member of our team, not a bot.
Our membership team said “members really appreciate how convenient is to not have to call, and that they can take their time to think about their questions and our answers”.
